Dear Velma and SAS Shoes,
I am truly awed at the customer service and attitude shown by you and the SAS organization. I certainly did not expect shoelace replacement to be provided free by the company, nor was I expecting a reply to my question within an hour. Now I realize that not only have we been buying quality leather shoes that last a long time (and are wonderful for feet), but we were dealing with a company based on principles which many people do not operate by in today's business environment. Please accept my sincere thanks. I shall be recommending SAS products to my many friends in the community. SAS does stand for quality products and quality people. I salute the "Made in America" organization and will continue to buy our shoes from SAS!
