In these uncertain times, we are committed to you and your safety.

We wanted to notify you that a number of SAS stores do remain open. However, hours of operation and services may be reduced or amended in compliance with the latest COVID-19 guidelines from the CDC. We are adhering to all recommended practices to provide a safe environment for our customers and associates. If you would like to schedule curbside pickup or order shoes via phone, please call your nearest store.

Additionally, certain SAS locations have been temporarily closed. Please call your local store for details, as open-status and operating times are changing rapidly.

Dear Valued Customer,

During this difficult time, we wanted to reach out to you. We hope you and your loved ones are doing well and staying safe.

As always, the health and wellbeing of our customers and our SAS associates remains our top priority.

Please know that we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely. Currently, our stores remain open, and we are working diligently to ensure a clean and safe environment for everyone.

Per the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we are implementing additional cleaning procedures in every SAS store. We are using CDC-recommended products on our countertops, in restrooms, and in fitting areas. We have also provided instructions to our associates on proper handwashing techniques. We’ve advised them to avoid touching their own faces and to limit physical contact with people. Furthermore, we are instructing employees to stay home if they are not feeling well.

For now, our doors remain open to you. You can shop in person, or you can call your nearest SAS store and an associate will happily assist with your order over the phone.
