What information does San Antonio Shoemakers™ collect?

SAS collects both “Technical Identification” information and “Registration Identification” Information. The above information is collected or can be collected when a purchase is made, when you sign up for our online newsletter or when you sign up for an online SAS profile. If you choose to provide us with feedback through our Website, we will also collect such feedback information so that we can respond to you.

At some point during your transaction or when you visit the Website, you have the option of signing up for a profile with SAS. We will use the information you provide to us through your profile to simplify your future checkout process, to keep you apprised of past and current orders, update you with news and promotions, and to gain insight regarding your style preferences in order to better serve you. We use third party payment processors such as First Data to collect and store your payment card information and to process payments in connection with the Services. Targeted or Behavioral Advertising :Targeted advertising (also known as behavioral advertising) uses information collected regarding an individual's interactions with the Services, such as the pages they have visited; the searches they have made; demographical information; and the orders they have placed. This information is then used to select which advertisement should be displayed to a particular individual.
