We’re not happy until you are. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will be glad to accept any unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please fill out the simple form below to request a return. You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email or postal service. We offer one free pre-paid return shipping label per order. Any return request for a refund will incur a $10 restocking fee per pair. Even exchanges are at no cost. Please note that prepaid return labels are only provided for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. International customers, customers residing in Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories, and customers who have an APO / FPO address will be responsible for their own return shipping costs. Online Return instructions are as follows:
1. Print the Return label that will be provided once the below form is completed.
2. Print and include the instructions provided with your return.
3. Please drop off your return package at your nearest FedEx Location

Please note, this prepaid label is for standard shipping and does not accommodate a FedEx pick-up. Any additional unauthorized freight charges will be deducted from your refund.

Once our warehouse has received and inspected your return (usually within 48 business hours of receipt) your refund will be issued within 2 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment for the price noted on the receipt. If you do not have a receipt and you are a registered SASshoes.com customer you can login to your account and print one out.

We take great pride in handcrafting each shoe. However, please understand all materials will naturally break down over time, regardless of wear and tear or frequent/infrequent use. No product can be designed to last forever.

In the event of an unusual situation, please contact our Customer Care department for a thorough evaluation. Be prepared to provide a brief summary to help us determine a solution.

The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return.

Products purchased at SASshoes.com may also be exchanged or returned at any SAS participating stores with no restocking fee.

Retail stores are only able to issue refunds via SAS gift card, redeemable online and at participating stores. For retail store locations, please visit us at SAS Participating Stores.

Any shipping charges, service charges and applicable taxes paid online at SASshoes.com are non-refundable. Product purchases from Last Chance or noted as final sale cannot be returned online or in store.
