As I have knee & hip problems, I like to make certain my feet don't slip on slippery surfaces. These shoes have the best traction of any I've used so far. The boots I've just recieved (Alpine), have the same type of tread, so I should be able to wear them with confidence.

Been wearing my SAS shoes for years. Have worked a lot of years on my feet. Working on concrete, hardwood, carpet etc. I work health care and want wear anything but SAS shoes. They look great, and feel wonderful and go with what ever I choose to wear.

I wear these shoes to work and they are nice enough to wear out and about including dinner at friend's houses. They go with jeans or dress pants and cradle and support my feet. Most importantly they truly are slip resistant. I had the opportunity to try them out during a November sleet storm. Thank You to all the workers at SAS!!!

Great shoe. Very stylish, comfortable and well made. Good arch support. Sizes run a bit big. I bought this shoe to wear to work in an office setting. I wanted a shoe with a non slip sole to give me stability. I had ordered my usual size 10 which was too big. The company does not have an exchange policy, so I had to wait for return to be received. It was a bit of a challenge to get the refund back to the original form of payment. Had to go back and forth with customer service, finally sent an email to get resolution. The company needs to think about updating return/exchange policies. They did give one free shipping label I had to have printed out at Fed-ex. offering a QR code would be helpful.

These look similar to the Viva which I love. These are slightly narrower, which looks nice, so a half size larger fit me well. Please bring out more colors!

I was to a point of buying new shoes every 30 days and none of the shoes I was buying could help with my "feet problems" . I was worried about buying these at first but I'm glad I did. I work long days and stay on my feet a lot, they take the pressure off my toes and are wild enough to give me space. I'll buy again

I am a public bus driver and I need black shoes as part of my uniform. I also like having shoes without laces. I have big, wide feet and the Patriot 12 double wide in black meets all my needs. They are a little tight out of the box, but break in in a few days. Very comfortable. I walk about 1.8 miles to work in the morning with a backpack and my feet feel fine. Since I don't have a car and walk most places, I put a lot of wear on the sole, and a pair lasts me two months if I wear them all the time. The upper is very durable leather.
